Bruna (Berasi) Warcholak, 90, of Kittanning, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at her home. She was born Sept. 15, 1926, in Cowanshannock, to the late Santo and Gelsomina (Bellotti) Berasi, and lived in the area all of her life. She was employed by the former Kittanning Hardware and United Dairy Farms. She was a member of St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Parish in Kittanning. Bruna was a Pirates fan, an avid bowler, and a regular bingo player. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, John Warcholak, of Applewold; daughter, Linda (Mark) Cunningham, of Applewold; sons, Michael (Linda) Warcholak, of West Leechburg and Dennis (Brenda) Warcholak, of Kittanning; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Bruna was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Leno and George Berasi; and a sister, Ann Rizzo. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 5, 2017, at St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church, 101 W. High St., Kittanning, with Rev. Efren C. Ambre officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Kittanning.
