Charles Wayne "Chuckie" Luke, 59, of Kittanning, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. He was born Jan. 24, 1956, in Kittanning, a son of the late Charles Leroy and Sarah "Sally" Jane (Myers) Luke. He was a member of the Army Reserve, the Kittanning Mens Club and Kittanning Eagles. Survivors include his wife, Frances R. Luke; sons, Charles Jason Luke, Kevin Douglass Luke, Justin David Luke and Christopher Michael Shaw; daughter, Rachael Lynn Shaw; granddaughter, Kendra Haworth; sisters, Terri (Pize) Freeman, Mary (Ray) Lash and Michele "Mick" (Jim) Douglass; nieces and nephews, Nicole (Dano) Wolfe, Shannon Douglass, Melinda (Matt) Laird, Sarah (Arnold) Rosenberger, Aretta (Daniel) Hacker, Alexandria Lash, Leah (Nick) Freeman and Renee (Brett) Douglass. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the KENNEDY and BLODGETT FUNERAL HOME in Kittanning with the Rev. Robert Grimm officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
