Donna Jean (Crawford) Macurdy, 77, of Worthington died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.  She was born May 10, 1939, in Worthington to the late Paul and Vera (Bowser) Crawford.  She was a lifelong resident of the community. She was a homemaker as well as worked at Moonlight Mushroom Mine.  Donna was a member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church, where she was a former deacon.  She liked camping in Erie and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Survivors include daughter, Cindy Flick of Worthington; sons, Allen (Jackie) Wolfe and Bryan Wolfe, all of Worthington; granddaughter, Stephanie Flick and grandson, Josh Flick, both of Worthington; grandson, Tyler Wolfe of West Kittanning; grandson, Colton Wolfe of Worthington; granddaughter, Rylee Wolfe of Worthington; numerous step-grandchildren and extended family members; and brother, Larry (Mary) Crawford of Worthington.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Shields Macurdy.  A celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the Worthington Presbyterian Church, 197 Linton St., Worthington with Pastor Robert Hindman officiating. Interment will be at Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna’s honor to the Worthington Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box H, 197 Linton St., Worthington, Pa. 16262 or Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, Pa. 16023.
