Henry John Allen Pirkle, 45, of Kittanning, formerly of Jacksonville, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018.  He was born July 1, 1972, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Henry Allen and Letha Faye Pirkle.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.  He is survived by his father, Henry Allen Pirkle, of Punta Gorda, Fla.; sisters, Katrina (Pirkle) Metts, Dana (Pirkle) Geoghagan, and Jennifer Pirkle, all of Jacksonville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and close friends; and companion, Amy Ribar.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Letha Faye (Smith) Pirkle, who passed away in April, 2008; and grandmother, Ruby B. (Hampton) Pirkle, who passed away in November, 2014.  A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Henry John Allen Pirkle will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Pines Baptist Church, 11764 Lem Turner Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
