Jack D. Scholl, 90, of Adrian died Friday, June 9, 2017, at ACMH Hospital after a long illness.

He was born May 25, 1927, in Natrona Heights to the late Ralph and Ruth (Wolfe) Scholl and resided in the area all of his life.

He worked for Kittanning Brick Company in Reesedale, Freeman Trucking, and was self-employed as owner of Scholl’s Construction. Jack was a World War II veteran and a member of the Limestone-Reesedale Church of God.

He was a jack of all trades, who loved gardening, hunting, shopping online, and spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory, his wife of 67 years, Betty (Toy) Scholl; two sons, Joe Scholl of Monroeville and Len Scholl (Candy) of West Sunbury; two daughters, Kathy (Dave) Miller and Janie (Joe) Anthony, all of Adrian; seven grandchildren, Scott Scholl, Chris (Niki) Anthony, Aaron Anthony, Nicole (Joey) Enterline, Eddie Scholl, Jason Scholl, and Ryan Scholl; four great-grandchildren, Rihanna Anthony, Levi Anthony, Jaxon Anthony, and Ophelia Enterline; three brothers, Loran (Arlene) Scholl, David (Renee) Scholl, and Vernon (Donna) Scholl; and good friend, Don Croyle.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Vivian Scholl, Katheryn White, and Shirley McCauley; and four brothers, Brady Scholl, Bernie Scholl, Leon Scholl and Junior Scholl.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017, at the Limestone-Reesedale Church of God, 115 Brown Road, Adrian with Pastor Donald Breghenti officiating. Interment will be in Croyle Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Snyder Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville
