Jeri Lynn (Picardi) Brink, 55, of Worthington, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, at her eldest son’s home in Kittanning.  She was born on Dec. 13, 1961, in Kittanning to Dorothy E. (Goldin) Picardi and the late Peter J. Picardi.  Jeri was a housewife and a member of St. Mary Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning. She also was a member of the Kittanning Eagles and the Kittanning Moose Lodge.  Jeri loved to spend time with her grandchildren, cooking and baking, and going to Wheeling with her mom and friends to the casino. Survivors include her mother, of Kittanning; her husband, William Brink, whom she married on April 7, 2007; brothers, Dennis “Mike” (Dorie) Picardi, Peter Picardi, and John Picardi, all of Kittanning; sister, Teri Picardi of Mississippi; sons, Michael (Ashley) Mechling and Christopher Mechling, all of Kittanning; grandsons, Miles and Miken Mechling of Kittanning; stepsons, William H. Brink and girlfriend, Danielle, and Jason (Tracy) Brink; step grandchildren, William R. Brink, Hayden Brink, Kennedy Brink, Jessica Brink and boyfriend, Andy Shirey, Walker Hiles, Addyson Brink; step great-grandchild, Connor Shirey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry Brink, Daniel (Shannon) Brink, Robert (Terri) Brink, Edith (Phillip) Dailey, Patricia (Richard) Miller, Linda Sue (James) Hooks, and Richard Brink; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Peter J. Picardi Sr.; son, Jeffery Mechling Gray; and her mother-in-law, Helen P. Brink.  Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home with additional visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. The Rev. Douglas Dorula will officiate.
