Marian (Johns) Raimondi, 88, of Kittanning, died Sunday May 28, 2017, at Kittanning Care Center.  She was born Aug. 10, 1928, in Butler to the late Abraham and Sadie (Joseph) Johns.  She lived in the community for 52 years, serving as the previous owner of the Downtown Bar & Grille in Kittanning.  Marian was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning. She enjoyed cooking, bingo, television game shows, and spending time with her family.  She is survived by her son James (Diane) Raimondi of Ford City; daughter Cynthia (Raimondi) Burns of Redding, CT; grandson Michael Raimondi of Kittanning; granddaughter Alisha (Raimondi) McCaffrey (David) of Stamford, CT; grandson Dillon Burns of Norwalk, CT; three great-grandchildren; brother Richard Johns of Kittanning; sister Diane (Johns) Rohrman of Austin, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Michael Raimondi.  Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m and 7-9 p.m on Wednesday May 31, 2017 at the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Avenue, Kittanning.  Additional viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until time of Parting Prayers at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home on Thursday with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11 a.m. at St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning with Rev. Douglas E. Dorula officiating.  Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marian’s memory to the Richard Laube Cancer Center, 100 Nolte Drive, Kittanning or Kittanning Care Center, 120 Kittanning Care Drive, Kittanning. Checks to the Richard Laube Cancer Center should be made out to ACMH Foundation with Cancer Center Assistance Fund in the memo portion.
