MaryJo Kamas, 77, of Kittanning, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.  She was born Sept. 16, 1940, in Kittanning, to the late Grant and Mary (Colwell) Carley.  She owned and operated MaryJo’s Beauty Salon. MaryJo loved bowling and enjoyed her grandchildren very much.  Left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Mary “Toni” Traister (husband, Terry), of Templeton; grandsons, Clayton Traister (wife, Christy), of Putneyville, and Grant Traister (Toni) and her children Alex, Dylan, and Hailey, of New Bethlehem; granddaughter, Katlynn Traister, of Templeton; brothers, John Carley (wife, Betty) of Hanover, Pa. and Donald Carley (wife, Linda) of Port Allegany; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Lawrence Kamas, who died in June of 1975.  Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Ford City.
