Morgan Earl Smith, 74, of Worthington died Monday, June 12, 2017, at ACMH Hospital.

He was born March 14, 1943, in Kittanning to Earl L. and Margaret Delena (Dailey) Smith.

Morgan retired from Eljer Corp. in Ford City and he was a photographer owning Mr. Morgan Photography.

Morgan was in the Army National Guard from 1964- 1970.

He attended Faith Presbyterian Church.

He was a member of Kittanning Car Club and Keystone Kruisers.

His hobbies were photography, and riding motorcycles. He also participated in parades dressed as a clown with Macaw bird on his shoulder and dressing up as Santa Claus at Christmastime, and loved his dog, “Sampson.”

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Diane Lynn (Remaley) Smith; son, Jason S. Smith and grandson, Jaxson Smith; daughter, Rebecca Ann Bell and granddaughter, Jordyn Bell.

He was preceded in death his parents; and one daughter, Brenda Smith.

Friends will received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington. Additional viewing will take place from noon Friday at the funeral home until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. with the Revs. Kathy Davis and Robert Dayton co-officiating. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
