Paul G. Lasher, 83, of Kittanning died on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, at his residence.

He was born on Nov. 23, 1933, in Adrian to Thomas and Lena (Wolfe) Lasher.

Paul was retired from Glacial Sand and Gravel.

He was an U.S. Air Force Korean Conflict veteran.

A member of the Montgomeryville Baptist Church, he enjoyed hunting and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fan.

Survivors include one daughter, Paula Lasher of Kittanning; one son, Thomas (Linda) Lasher of Fenelton; one sister, Mildred (Paul) Beatty of Kittanning; one brother, Wade (Janet) Lasher of Kittanning; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Vera (Yockey) Lasher; daughter, Lori Lynn Lasher; and brothers, Charles, Thomas, Edward, William, and James Lasher.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. David R. Skinner officiating. Interment will be in the Montgomeryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
