Ray Lee Sanders, 68, of Kittanning, formerly of Chicora, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, at home. He was born Dec. 14, 1946, in St. Louis, Mo. He lived for 25 years in Chicora, before moving to Kittanning only one year ago. He was formerly employed as a Coca-Cola Driver, a general contractor for years and recently performed and maintenance and janitorial work for First English Lutheran Church in Butler. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge in Chicora and Kittanning and enjoyed golfing, playing pool, taking trips to the casino and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his loving companion of 30 years, Debbie Gall, of Kittanning; beloved daughter, Michelle (Brian) Barnhart, of Kittanning; son, James Gall Jr., of Butler; three grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Ethan Barnhart and Sydnee Barnhart, both of Kittanning, and Ashley Pint, of Butler; one great-grandchild, Ashley Pint, of Butler; and his beloved dog, Gabby. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Cowansville, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. James Dollhopf officiating.
