Reba Rae (Westlake) Tarr, 25, of Slate Lick passed away Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, in UPMC Shadyside after a hard fought and courageous battle with kidney disease and cancer.  She was born on Nov. 8, 1991, in Kittanning to John and Debbie (Hughes) Westlake.  Reba was a former Wyoming state indoor archery champion who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and doing crafts.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Rick Tarr, whom she married Sept. 19, 2015; her parents, John and Debbie Westlake; and her grandma, Elva Jean Westlake.  There will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held on Sunday September 10, 2017 in the Worthington Presbyterian Church at 1:30 PM with the Rev. Robert Hindman officiating. Burial will follow in Croyle Cemetery Adrian, PA. The family requests all who attend please wear something Camouflage or with a Wolf or Indian print in Reba's honor . In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations be directed towards, Rick Tarr, Spring Street, Worthington, Pa. 16262 to help offset the large amount of medical expenses. The F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington has been entrusted with the arrangements.
