Samuel Charles Kube, 60, of Templeton, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2017.
He was born July 28, 1957, in Kittanning to Frank and Aldine Kube.
He was the co-owner of Lenape Heights Golf Resort as well as the co-founder and President of K & P Microsystems, Inc., which is now known as KPM Herkules Group.
Sam enjoyed golfing, his shed, and riding his four-wheeler. Most important to him, though, was his family, especially his sons.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Shirley (Young) Kube; sons, Devin Kube (girlfriend, Amanda) and Dylan Kube (girlfriend, Allison); his mother, Aldine Kube; sister, Marsha Williamson and husband, Lester, of Templeton; sister, Darlene Eller and husband, Rocky of Salisbury, N.C.; brother, Paul Kube of Templeton; brother and sisterin law, Bob and Laurie Young of Rossiter; brother and sisterin law, Jim and Joyce Chesley of Reynoldsville; brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Cheryl Young of Dayton; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Bonnie Hullihen of Punxsutawney; brother and sister-in-law, Nevin and Carol DeLacour of Coolspring; brother-in-law, Joe Schalk of DuBois; sister-in-law, Connie Duminske (Terry) of Punxsutawney; brother and sister-inlaw, Sam and Barb Cornman of DuBois; uncle, Ed Kube and his wife, Maggie, of Peninsula, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Kube; and uncle, Bob Kube and his wife, Marilyn.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017, and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Steven Kromer officiating. Burial will be at Mateer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sam’s honor to the Pine Township Volunteer Fire Department.
