Esther Louise “Dolly” Kline, 82, of Kittanning, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 at ACMH Hospital in Kittanning, Pa. She was born May 31, 1941 in Kittanning, the daughter of the late Melvin and Helen Welton. Prior to her retirement, she worked at Falsetti’s Villa Restaurant for 35 years. Dolly enjoyed playing BINGO and cards as well as bowling.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Vonnie (Jeff) Benton, of Worthington; son, Robert (Amanda) Kline, of Kittanning; daughter, Donna (Ken) Gabler, of Kittanning; son, Earl (Stacey) Kline, of Kittanning; daughter, Betty (Randy) Arble, of Kittanning; daughter, Kathy (Tim) Cravenor, of Kittanning; son, Wesley (Joyce) Kline, of Natrona Heights; 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; sister, Kay (Jim) Golab, of Ford City; brothers, Sam (Susie) Welton, of Ford City and Jack Welton, of Ford City; brother-in-law, Earl “Buzz” (Donna) Kline, of Kittanning; and sisters-in-law, Lucinda Hawley, of Worthington and Doris Kline, of Ford Cliff. In addition to her parents, Dolly was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Kline, who passed away May 10, 2003; her son, David Kline; 2 great-grandchildren; and sister, Peg Wilhelm.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 2, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Phil Beck officiating, with an additional hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
