Bonnie June (Bowser) Crissman, 89, of Mosgrove, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018, at Premier Armstrong Rehab. & Nursing Facility. She was born April 2, 1929, in Templeton to the late John and Pearl (Mcyintire) Bowser. She worked at Schenley Distillery. Bonnie was of Protestant faith. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and most of all she loved her family.
Left behind to cherish her memory includes her children Doris Lockhart, of Ohio, Vince (Peg) Crissman, of Kittanning, Don Crissman, of Mosgrove, Calvin (Shirley) Crissman, of Mosgrove, Bob Crissman, of Ridgeway, Donna (Rodger) Wolfe, of Ford City, Vonda Spencer, of State College, Pa., Gary (Beth) Crissman, of Dayton, and Ken (Tonya) Crissman, of St. Marys; 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Shirley Klingensmith. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence Crissman; one brother and two sisters.
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Grimm officiating. Interment will be in Cochran Cemetery.
