Daisy Mary Ulisky, 94, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017, at Stonespring of Vandalia in Dayton, Ohio.

She was born April 3, 1923, in Worthington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Walter Ulisky; her parents, Thomas and Mary McMillen; and 10 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by son, Richard Ulisky and wife, Mary, of Dayton, Ohio; sisters, Anna Clepper of DuBois and Phyllis Sack of Lower Burrell; granddaughter, Michelle and husband, Timothy O’Brien, of Smyrna, Ga.; and several friends and relatives.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington, with the Rev. James Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery
