Debra M. Ion, 61, of McGrann died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at her residence.  She was born on Sept. 8, 1955, in Kittanning to the late John and Genevieve (McKelvey) Bellas.  Mrs. Ion was a homemaker.  Debra enjoyed doing ceramics, shooting pool, watching movies especially Sci-Fi and was a huge Star Wars fan. She also liked music, with Bob Seger being her favorite. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory one son, Donnie F. Ion Jr.; one daughter, Dayna Lynn Collins; three grandchildren, Brooke Hayley Ion, Taylor Lynn Collins, and Owen James Collins; four sisters, Missy Infante, Dee Cousins, Gloria Wolfe, and Nancy Consolian; two brothers, Harvey Bellas and Mike Bellas; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Pamela Bellas and Elizabeth Schmidt; and one brother, John Bellas.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, from 2 p.m. until time of funeral services at 4 p.m. in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning with the Rev. John W. Snyder officiating.
