Delores Mae (Trithart) Johns-Weister

Delores Mae (Trithart) Johns-Weister, 87, died Tuesday October 1, 2019 at ACMH Hospital.  She was born on September 4, 1932 in Kittanning, Pa to the late Clark & Mary (Slagle) Trithart.  She was a homemaker who attended Family Life Church.  She enjoyed needle point, making quilts, cooking, and baking.

Delores leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Calvin (Patti) Johns Jr., of Kittanning, James (Doris) Johns Sr., of Kingsland, GA, Charles (Delores) Johns, of Kittanning, Clark (Susie) Johns, of East Brady, Robert Johns, of Cadogan; daughter, Mary (Chuck) Himes, of Brockway; step-son, Joe (Renee) Weister, of Rural Valley; sister, Shirley (Ed) Toy, of Kittanning; brother, Ralph (Nancy Jo) Trithart, of Kittanning; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren and 8 step great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Calvin Dale Johns and her 2nd husband, Delbert Weister; brother, Edgar Trithart; and infant daughter; Brenda Jean Johns

Family and friends will be received on Thursday October 3, 2019 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 South McKean Street, Kittanning, PA 16201 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Additional viewing will be at the funeral home on Friday October 4, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Eric Damon officiating.  Entombment will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
