Dolly Catherine (Miller) Kacprowski, 81, of Kittanning, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at home.

She was born on Oct. 23, 1936, in Kittanning, to the late Elmer and Marie (Croyle) Miller.

She was retired and was most recently a homemaker.

Dolly was a member of St. Mary’s Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning.

She enjoyed her plants, especially her roses, she loved playing 500 Rummy (win or lose), watching Wheel of Fortune, Dancing with the Stars.

Dolly was a wonderful baker and loved holiday meals with her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include sons, Zig Kacprowski, Joseph K. (Patricia) Kacprowski, and James A. Kacprowski, all of Kittanning; daughters, Darlene (Terry) Savage and Mary (Bryan) Hawkins, all of Kittanning; nine grandchildren, Lyndsey Toy, Tarra Kacprowski, Dylan Kacprowski, John Kacprowski, Joshua Kacprowski, Chase (Ashley) Stephens, Christopher Hawkins, Summer Hawkins, and John Hawkins; seven great-grandchildren, Logan Toy, Ethan Toy, Marilyn Toy, Xander Kacprowski, Berkley Stephens, Ellery and Finley Stephens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Marie Miller; her husband, John Stanley Kacprowski; daughter, Catherine Kacprowski; and one son, who died in infancy.

Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Additional visitation will be held in the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. until Parting Prayers at 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning with the Rev. Douglas E. Dorula officiating. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sagamore.
