On July 31, 2017, Geraldine M. Waugaman, 90, of Front Royal, Va., formerly of Kittanning, passed into the arms of Jesus at the home of her son, Richard Waugaman, where she was under hospice care. She was born, Oct. 31, 1926, in Kittanning, to the late Roy H. and Beulah G. (Hollenbaugh) Rosenberger.

She was a member of the Kittanning Free Methodist Church and a retired cafeteria worker for the Armstrong School District.

She enjoyed her family, camping, sewing and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates.

She is survived by her son, Rex (Sandy) Waugaman; daughter, Deborah (David) Holiday; and son, Richard (April) Waugaman; six grandchildren, Michael Waugaman, Jennifer (Matthew) West, Aaron Waugaman, Shawn (Lacey) Cloak, Adam (Valerie) Waugaman, and Ty Waugaman; and 11 great-grandchildren, Dacia West, Dakota West, Danielle West, Dylan Waugaman, Caleb Waugaman, Michael Waugaman, Melody Meyers, Shelby Cloak, Paytyn Cloak, Gabrielle Cloak, and Emma Cloak. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,

William Eugene Waugaman; three brothers, Harvey Jack, Charles Roy, and Robert James Rosenberger; and two great-grandsons, Logan James Waugaman and Christopher Michael Waugaman.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. in the Kennedy & Blodgett Funeral Home, 253 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning with the Rev. Forrest States, her church pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Union/Davis Cemetery.
