Jamie and I met in 1979 when I joined the team at ARC Manor. I knew instantly that I adored her. She and Bill were good people and I enjoyed them always. Never forget when we had CPR certification and the two of them showed up with fresh, raw vegies from their garden for all to eat. I have been addicted to sugar snap peas ever since! Love the book as only one can when they know the author lived every day to the fullest of her capabilities. I will miss you, always. God Speed!

Jamie and I became friends through our passion for plants. Regardless if we were planting shrubs, pulling weeds, or trying to identify an insect Jamie's love and energy enveloped all who worked with her.
I smile when I think of the cinnamon rolls and blueberry treats she baked for our meetings. They were wonderful!
The world is a better place because of Jamie Schneider.
