Jeffrey D. Bonner, 64, of Cowansville, died Monday, April 16, 2018, after a brief illness. He was born April 11, 1954, in Kittanning, to Russell and Dorothy (Grantz) Bonner. He retired in 2011, after 37 years at PPG in Creighton, and then became the groundskeeper for Union First Presbyterian Church in Cowansville. Jeff enjoyed the outdoors, working on cars, and collecting pocket knives. He loved spending time with his family. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Bonner, of Leechburg; wife, Janette (Reese) Bonner, of Cowansville; son, Mark (Heather) Bonner, of Ford City; daughter, Jennifer (Brian) Davis, of Orlando, Fla.; step-children, Michelle (Keith) Nebel, of Fenelton, Jennifer (Jason) McElravy, of Butler, and Sara (Matt) Morgan, of Chicora; grandchildren, Morgan, Isabella, Caden, Terann, and Grace; sisters, Barbara (Mitch) Mitchell, of Ford City and Christine (Mike) Grafton, of New Kensington; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Bonner. Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at the Snyder Crissman Funeral Home, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeff’s memory to Union First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 217, Cowansville, Pa. 16218.
