Paul K. Kirkwood, 76, of Kittanning, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017, at Premier Armstrong Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility.  He was born Oct. 5, 1941, in Kittanning, to the late Woodrow and Cleo (Umbaugh) Kirkwood.  He was a member of Center Hill Church of the Brethren as well as Elks BPOE #203 in Kittanning.  Paul retired from Bracken Construction after 44 years. He was also a former supervisor for North Buffalo Township.  He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, and football.  Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Dora (Dowling) Kirkwood; daughters, Vickie Fink and Paula (Keith) Uptegraph; grandchildren, John (Nicole) McCullough, Lacee Fink, Taylor Fink, Nicholas Ballina, and Zachary Ballina; great-grandchildren, Harper and Kennedy McCullough; brothers, Woody, Don (Sandy), and Bob Kirkwood; and sisters, Barb Matthews and Penny McKain.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Vivian Campbell and Betty Ammerman.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Donald Peters officiating.
