Richard C. Renfro

Richard C. Renfro, 56, of Margaret, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2018, in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital following a long illness.  He was born April 29, 1962, in Kittanning, to Paul and Dorothy (Schrecengost) Renfro.  He enjoyed camping and fishing. He also loved cooking, playing cards, and playing cards and board games with his nieces and nephews. 

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, Paul and Dorothy (Schrecengost) Renfro; sister, Gloria (Mark) Smith; brother, Thomas (Brenda) Renfro; son, Richard Lenhart; grandson, Owen; nine nieces, three nephews, and two family dogs, Rusty and Flynn.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lyle and Dorothy (Eckman) Schrecengost, and his paternal grandparents, Thomas Renfro and Edith Higgins.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, from 6-9 p.m., and on Thursday, Aug. 16 from 9 a.m., until the time of services at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Davis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Snyder Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, 16201, to help offset funeral expenses.
