Robert E. Klingensmith, 84, of Kittanning died Thursday, June 15, 2017, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh.  He was born Jan. 16, 1933, in Kittanning to the late Orville and Delma (Campbell) Klingensmith.  He was a laborer at Eljer.  Robert enjoyed watching television and taking rides. He loved sitting on a river bank and the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates.  Survivors include son, James O. Klingensmith of Kittanning; sister, Birdie Weaver of State College; and step-granddaughter, Chris Kammedimer of Adrian.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nancy Jo (Toy) Klingensmith; brother, James Klingensmith; sisters, Betty Jane Welch, Wilma Sagretti, and Marlene Stewart; daughter in-law, Mary A. Klingensmith; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Venus Toy; and brother-in-law, Robert Toy.
