Ruth J. Black-Alwine

Ruth J. Black-Alwine, 79, of Worthington died on Monday September 30, 2019 in Sunnyview Personal Care home in Butler.  She was born on November 20, 1939 in West Lebanon, Pa  to the late Arthur Glen & Theda Agnes (McManus) Black.  Ruth is survived by her son, David Simmers; daughter, Kaylene Sue Fields; grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Jonathan, Jennifer, Dakota, and Chloe; 1 brother and 3 sisters. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday October 2, 2019 in The F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear Street, Worthington, PA 16262 from 2:00 p.m. until time of services at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Nathan Bramlet.  Burial will follow in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
