Sally A. Yount, 81, of Ford City, died Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 2, 1936, in Kittanning to the late George and Hattie (Cornman) Yount. She was retired, first working at the County Home as a LPN and then working at the Armstrong County Health Center as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Kittanning and she graduated from Kittanning Senior High School. Sally loved being on the CB radio and going to the senior center in Ford City.

Yount is survived by her brothers, Mike Yount and Arnie Fair; sisters, Tammy (Hank) Cacurak, Janie (Jim) Cacurak, Becky Yount, Tanna John, Liz Toy, and Lucy (Phil)

Unger; and several nieces and nephews, who were the light of her life.

Yount was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Terry Yount, Ralph Yount, Paul

John; and sister, Joanne John.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, with the Rev. Edward Walters officiating.

Interment will be in Pine Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Ford City Senior Center, 421 Ninth Street, Ford City, Pa.
