Sidney Lowel Guntrum, 79, of Kittanning died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at home. He was born Sept. 25, 1937, in Kittanning to John and Ruth (Berline) Guntrum. Sidney formerly worked at Howmet Brickyard in Kittanning. He was an U.S. Army veteran. Sidney enjoyed attending all the sporting events at Kittanning High School. Survivors include niece, Gloria (Terry) Zimmerman of Templeton; great-niece, Mikael (Matt) Williamson of Ford City; great-nephew, Patric (Amanda) Rymers of Templeton; and great-great-nieces, Riley Johnson and Grace Williamson, both of Ford City. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John “Jack” Guntrum; and sister, Joyce Goldinger. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. The funeral service will be private. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
