Thomas Malvern Jack, Jr., 68, of West Kittanning, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at his home. He was born June 24, 1950, son of the late Martha (Fox) Jack and Thomas Malvern Jack Sr. He grew up in Adrian, and attended Kittanning High School. He graduated from welding school at Pullman Standard. Thomas was retired from Kittanning Brickyard, where he worked as a maintenance welder. He attended Grace Brethren Church in West Kittanning.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry L. (McKee) Jack; daughter, Christine (Timothy) Heeter; grandchildren, Shawn, Emily, and Eric Heeter; sister, Robin (Ben) Hornberger; brothers, Timothy (Crystal) Jack, and Jody (Tracy) Jack; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville. Additional viewing will be held on Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Edwards officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
