Arthur Joseph Febinger Jr.

Arthur Joseph Febinger Jr., 65, of Kittanning, passed away Thursday May 4, 2023, at home.  He was born Sept. 20, 1957, in Kittanning, to the late Frankie Cousins and Arthur J. Febinger, Sr.  He was a lifelong resident of the area and worked in construction. Arthur was a Vietnam War veteran serving in the U.S Navy as a Seabee. He was Catholic in faith. He loved spending time with his grandkids, fishing and collecting coins.

Arthur is survived by his daughter, Angela, of Kittanning; son, Jeremy, of Waynesburg; daughter, Cheryl, of Templeton; daughter, Jennifer, of North Carolina; brother, Mark; sisters, Nicole and Barb; and 12 grandkids.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frankie Jean and Arthur; sister, Beanie; and brother, Chris.

Services for Arthur are private and under the care of the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Arthur’s honor to the Mechling Shakley Veterans Center.
