Betsy Reigh (Hawkins) Croyle

Betsy Reigh (Hawkins) Croyle, 42, of Kittanning, passed away on Friday July 28, 2023. 

She was born on January 25, 1983 to Deborah Hunter and Jeffrey Hawkins in Kittanning. 

Betsy lived in the area her whole life. She enjoyed the outdoors, known to be the woman with no shoes. 

Betsy was a longtime member of the Kittanning Women’s Pool League. 

She had 5 children and was very happy awaiting the arrival of her grandson. 

She is survived by her children; Dylan (Gabby) Hunter, Samantha Hawkins, Hope (Tyler) Croyle, Kelly and Tony Croyle. 

Sisters; Bernice (Keith) Adams, Brenda (Dale Smith) Johnson, and Becky (Stephen King) Hawkins, Brothers; Shane (Angela) Hawkins, and Jeremy Carey, Nieces; Breanna, Alexis (Brent), Cassidy, Michalena, and Hailey, Nephews; James, Enrique, Leam, Isaiah, Jordon, and Julian Great Nieces, Bae’lynn, Lily Anna, and Mylah, Great Nephew, Enrique Jr., Several aunts, uncles, and cousins, her parents, and her grandmother Nellie Hawkins. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Bernice Hunter, Grandfather, Ray Hawkins, uncles, Robert Schreckengost and Tim hunter, 2 nephews, Kenell and Quincy and 2 nieces Ava and Blanca. 

Family and friends of Betsy will be received on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 South McKean Street, Kittanning, PA 16201 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 6:00 – 8:00pm. Additional viewing will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 10am until time of funeral services at 11:00am. 

In lieu of flowers the family asks that any memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
