Blaine Wescott Galonski

Blaine Wescott Galonski, 66, of Kittanning, passed away Friday September 8, 2023 at home. He was born October 30, 1956 in Pittsburgh to the late B. Carl and Shirley (Wescott) Galonski.  He was a member of St. Mary Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning.  Blaine enjoyed cooking family dinners and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed putting on a good fireworks display. He was a Pittsburgh Penguins Fan.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Mary Anne (Sperlein) Galonski; son Robert (Morgan) Galonski; daughter Faith (William II) Cravenor; grandsons Isaac Galonski, William Cravenor III, and Lucas Cravenor; granddaughter Sophia Cravenor; brother in law Robert Sperlein.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and family friend, Veronica Strathman.

Friends will be received on Thursday September 14, 2023 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday September 15, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Church in Kittanning with The Very Reverend Eric J. Dinga. V.F. officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Blaine's memory to Divine Redeemer School, 726 Fourth Ave., Ford City, PA 16226 or the Ford City Ambulance Service, 412 10th St., Ford City, PA 16226.
