Obituary
Carol Jane Ward, 73, of Kittanning, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023 at Kittanning Care Center. She was born February 9, 1949 in Natrona Heights, Pa, the daughter of the late Melvin and Helen Beers. She worked at ATI for 30 years and also enjoyed decorating for wedding receptions. She attended New Life Center in Ford City. She enjoyed traveling all over the world with her husband, Tom, including trips to Israel, Africa, China, Australia, and Europe five years in a row. She leaves behind to forever cherish her memory her husband, Thomas Ward, of Kittanning; brothers, Jerry Beers, of Brackenridge, Pa and David Beers, of Frederick, Maryland; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Service celebrating Carol’s life will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023 at New Life Center Church, 412 Ninth St., Ford City, PA with Pastor Craig Riggle officiating. Arrangements are under the care of the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
