Chad Hunter Sherry

     Chad Hunter Sherry, 41, of Kittanning, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021.  Chad was born on June 1, 1980 in Kittanning, Pa.  He was a very caring and giving person that loved his wife and kids more than anything in the world.  He was passionate about the outdoors, especially hunting wild mushrooms.  He spent a lot of his time teaching his children all of the best qualities of life.  He was the definition of a family man.  He was a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and a dear friend.  Chad was a crane operator for Local 66 and enjoyed what he did for a living.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 16 years, Lori Sherry, age 35; his seven children, Kayla (age, 21), Dominik (age, 16), Camryn (age, 15), Bailee (age, 13), Adysen (age, 11), Elahna (age, 8), and Fletcher (age, 5); his granddaughter, Lilliona Checkan (age, 1); his mom, Joyce Sherry (age, 67); his sister, Amanda (Steve) Cochran (age, 46); along with his five nieces and one nephew.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Sherry, and his uncle, Phil Jordan.  Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 1, 2021 in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home 200 S. McKean St. Kittanning, PA 16201 from 1:00 pm until time of funeral services at 3:00 pm with family friend, Eric Schall, officiating.
