Obituary
Charleen Ann (Dyess) Wyant, 86, of Kittanning, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 3, 2023 in the Kittanning Care Center.
She was born on December 18, 1936 in Kittanning, PA to the late Charles B. & Thelma V. (Rupert) Dyess.
Charleen retired from the Presbyterian Homes and was a member of the Union Avenue Methodist Church in Kittanning.
Left behind to forever cherish her memory are her husband, Gary J. Wyant Sr., daughter; Stacy A. (John) Martin of Kittanning, grandson; Austin Wyant of Spotsylvania, VA, granddaughter; Brettlyn Martin of Kittanning, granddaughter; Laura (John) Lasher of Ford City, grandson; Bryan (Jennifer) Wyant of Johnstown, PA, daughter- in- law; Amy Wyant of Spotsylvania, VA, great granddaughter, Amelia Lasher of Ford City, great granddaughter; Sophia Wyant of Johnstown, PA and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Gary J. Wyant of Spotsylvania, Va on September 26, 2022, an infant daughter, Tracy A. Wyant and a brother, Jack W. Dyess Sr.
Family and friends of Charleen will be received on Sunday, August 6, 2023 in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 South McKean Street, Kittanning, PA 16201 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 6:00 – 8:00pm. Additional viewing will be held in the funeral home on Monday, August 7, 2023 from 10am until time of funeral services at 11:00am with Rev. Deb Kociban officiating.. Burial will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
