Charles "Charlie" Miller Obituary

Charles (Charlie) Miller, 65, of Worthington passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Born August 21, 1958, he was the son of the late Thomas W. Miller, Sr and Alice (Beckett) Miller.

He attended Worthington/West Franklin Schools where he formed many life-long friends. Charlie loved to drive ‘his’ truck on adventures visiting his many friends and catching up on their lives. He was well known from his time working at Wo-Town Market and was a fixture on summer evenings watering the flowers along main street for the Petal Pushers Garden Club.

He was an avid bowler having been a member of several leagues over the years with the most recent being Monday Night Men’s League @ Kings Lanes. He could on occasion be heard to tell them ‘HIT 9! GET 9!’.

Charlie was a kind and gentle soul that had a HUGE smile and even bigger personality.

Surviving are his brother Michael A. Miller, Phyllis Miller (sister-in-law) and Sandra Fair (sister).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas W. Miller, Sr. and Alice (Beckett) along with his brother, Thomas W. Miller, Jr.
