Cliff Klugh, 68, of Kittanning, died on Monday, October 4, 2021 in ACMH Hospital. He was a son of the late Raymond “Bud” & Virginia (Hough) Klugh. He was a heavy duty equipment operator with PennDot before driving for Coach USA & Air Ride. Cliff was a soldier with the Salvation Army in Kittanning and also a member of the Kittanning Elks, Masons , where he was a past master, and a volunteer firemen in Kittanning. Cliff loved behind the wheel traveling, meeting people, spreading the word of God, buying and trading vehicles and he loved his cats, they were his boys. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Mary (Whitson) Klugh, of Kittanning; brother, Fred Klugh, of Alabama; sister, Kathy (Rich) Riffer, of Kittanning; nephew, Shane (Laura) Klugh, of Alabama; niece, Jackie (Chris) Dammon, of Louisiana; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Nancy Klugh; nephew, Fred “Skip” Klugh; and niece, Andrea Klugh-Ingrassia.
Cliff’s family and friends will be received on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 South McKean St., Kittanning, PA 16201 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. with Captains Luke & Sara Barney of the Salvation Army officiating. Masks/facial coverings are required to attend. Burial will be in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Cliff’s name to the Orphans of The Storm or the Salvation Army.
