Connie Ann (Fletcher) Smith

Connie Ann (Fletcher) Smith, 84, of Worthington, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at ACMH Hospital. She was born in Kittanning on September 18, 1938, the daughter of Kenneth and Goldie Fletcher. Connie was a retired Registered Nurse. She attended Harvest Church and enjoyed serving the Lord.  She is survived by her sons, Robert Hugh Smith Jr., Fred Allen Smith and Dan Howard Smith; and daughter, Shelley Ann Smith.  Arrangements entrusted to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
