Corbin Bowser Obituary

Corbin “Corb” J. Bowser, 96, passed away on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 while residing at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot PA. Corb was born on August 13th, 1928 to the late Mathias and Mildred (Croyle) Bowser. He was one of seven children and spent his younger years working on the family farm in Adrian, PA. Corb was husband to the late Patricia (Crissman) Bowser and father to the late Deborah Bowser. Corb proudly served in World War II as a truck driver delivering supplies to the troops. Later in life he purchased a triaxle truck and spent many years hauling for various companies. Corb spent most of his life as a resident of Worthington, PA, and took great pride in his home and garden. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed snowmobiling. Corb was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Kittanning, PA. In addition to his parents, Corb was proceeded in death by his wife Patricia, daughter, Deborah, a brother, Robert Bowser, and sisters Annabelle Benson, Betty Noll, and Maedawn Albright. He is survived by a sister, Helen Rumbaugh, a brother Larry Bowser, and many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at the Chapel in Concordia on Friday, December 13th at 1:00 with Pastor Carl Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Lawn Haven Burial Estates in Worthington, PA.
