Corenna A. (Wise) Johns

Corenna A. (Wise) Johns, 78, of Adrian, passed away Saturday August 16, 2025 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born September 4, 1946 in Kittanning to the late James and Lydia (Kunkle) Wise. Corenna was a lifelong resident of the area and a homemaker. She was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed sewing, going to the casino, gardening, shopping, yard sales and flea markets, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Darlene Jones and her husband Dave of Kittanning; son Darrin Johns and his significant other Jaime of Landis, NC; daughter Tammy Lash and her husband Scott of Adrian; son David Johns and his wife Cecilia of Adrian; brother James Wise of Bellville, OH; sister Bernice Toy of Adrian; brother John Wise of Ford City; She was a proud and devoted grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. 

Corenna was preceded in death by her father James Wise in 1975; mother Lydia Wise in 2005; daughter Jill Crissman in 2012; husband Patrick Johns in 2015.

Friends will be received on Tuesday August 19, 2025 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2025 in the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Timothy Peate officiating. With additional visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment is in the Croyle Cemetery in Adrian.
