Delmar G. Peters

Delmar G. Peters, 85, of Kittanning/West Valley, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.  He was born January 23, 1936 to the late Floyd and Myrtle (Rosenberger) Peters. Delmar was a heavy equipment operator for different companies.  He enjoyed hunting, camping, auctions and his grand kids.  He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Fannie Peters; daughters Linda (Dave) Egley and Tracy Johnston; sons John (Jean) Peters and Dennis (Laurie) Peters; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren with 2 on the way.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Shirley Bureau.  Friends will be received from on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittannning.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with additional visitation from 10:00 am until the time of the service with Pastor Joel Kinnard officiating.  Interment will be in the Davis/Mt. Union Cemetery.
