She was born October 2, 1951 in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Stella Rose (Patrick) Brandt and Kenneth W. Moore.

A 1969 graduate from Kiski High School, she resided in the Vandergrift area. Dian was employed as a school crossing guard for over six years, prior to moving to Kittanning in 1986. Dian is well known for being the witty no non sense bartender, with a sense of humor as big as her heart. Prior to her retirement due to health issues, she was employed at Life Steps Community Homes. Dian was of the Protestant Faith.

Dian was an avid collector of pigs, loved playing bingo, casino trips, and playing on the women’s pool league team. She also loved to scratch off lottery tickets, surfing Facebook, watching Hallmark movies and tending to the flowers and plants in her house and garden. She loved family functions and attending her family reunion and Christmas party every year health permitting. She was an awesome baker, and baked cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other goodies for many people and functions over the years. She cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
