Donald Lee Toy, 69, of Kittanning, passed away from this world into the next surrounded by family and friends with peace and love, Wednesday March 18, 2026 at Select Specially Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born January 15, 1957 in Kittanning to the late Allan and Alice (Bowser) Toy. Donald was a member of Mt. Zion of Girty. He worked as an actor, artist, traveler, and nurse. Don enjoyed painting, traveling the world, basket-weaving, pottery, and camping. He was also an avid cook and baker. He was a friend to all.

He is survived by a aunt Linda (Rick) Rupp of Redbank; brother Dave (Martha) Toy of South Carolina; brother Rodger (Michelle) Toy of Virginia; sister Sandy (DeWayne) Hankinson of Whitesburg; sister Pam (Charlie) Brown of Natrona Heights; friend Bryon Eichorn of New York; faithful dog Sydney of Kittanning; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; many friends and family that he loved dearly.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; sister-in-law Linda Toy.

There will be no services for Donald at this time, a memorial service is planned for the future for June 20, 2026.
