Donna M. (Gearhart) Rupert, 89, of Templeton, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at QLS Sugar Creek. Born in Dayton, Pa., on May 1, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Mayra Gearhart. She was a seamstress, retiring from a sewing factory. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Kittanning Chapter No. 277. Donna loved playing BINGO and putting puzzles together.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her son, Charles (Kim) Shankle; daughter, Sharon (David) Shankle-Varner; step-sons, Dave (Lina) Rupert and Ed (Tammy) Rupert; grandchildren: David (Casey) Varner, Brad (Kristen) Shankle, Kayly (Jeff) Baker, Mya Varner, Megan (Justin) Drayer, Amanda (Andrew) Corando, Matthew Rupert, Melissa (Aaron) Rupert-Craker and Tammi Jo (Pete) Lang.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley R. Rupert; two brothers, Mason and Harry; and sister, Jean.
Private arrangements are entrusted to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning, Pa.
