Edgar Erwin Bowser, 55, of Rural Valley, Pa passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Butler Memorial Hospital. He was born January 23, 1965 in Kittanning, a son of Edgar E. and Constance Bowser, and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as a personal caregiver. Edgar loved his family and get-togethers, gardening, and his animals. He loved living in the country and baking, making the best pumpkin pie in the county. Edgar loved life. He had a laugh that was contagious. He never let the little things bother him and he had a heart of gold. He will be missed so much.
Left behind to cherish his memory includes his life partner of 30 years, Anthony “Tony” Shearer; mother, Constance Bowser, of Craigsville, Pa; sister, Pamela Burke, of Craigsville; sister, Kimberly McNitt, of Port St. Lucie, FL; brother, Robert Yeany, of Hadley, Pa; sister, Deborah Floyd, of Kittanning; brother, Jamison Bowser, of Melbourne, FL; and Terry E. Bowser, of Sedro-Woolley, WA; and 18 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Erwin Bowser, who passed away in 2003; brother, William Bowser; nephew, Luke McNitt; and brother-in-law, Robert Burke.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Edgar’s Life will be held at a later date.
