Edward Gary Hollobaugh

Edward Gary Hollobaugh, 65, of Kittanning, passed away Tuesday August 2, 2022 unexpectedly at his home. He was born December 24, 1956 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Walter and Patricia (Finn) Hollobaugh. 

Edward was a retired postal worker and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Sherrett Methodist Church and the American Legion. 

He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, Yahtzee, and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Edward is survived by his daughters Chelsea Hollobaugh of Cowansville and Ashli Hollobaugh of East Brady; grandson Zayne Freeman; granddaughter Lyncoln Hollobaugh; grandson Lyle Johns; sister Mary Ann (William) Johns of Adrian; brother Walter (Karen) Hollobaugh of Freeport; sister Terri Hollobaugh of Lyndora; sister Melissa (Joe) Lichanec of Worthington; brother Tom (Joyce) Hollobaugh of Freeport; brother in law Steve Kitzmiller of Kittanning; uncle Thomas Finn of Kittanning. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Judy Kitzmiller; nephew Ronnie Johns. 

Friends will be received on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday August 6, 2022 in the funeral home with additional visitation from 10:00 am until the time of the service with Pastor Sue Foster officiating. Interment is in the Sherrett Cemetery.
