Obituary
Elva M. (Hufhand) Schiano, 85, of Ford City, Pa died on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her home. She was born May 30, 1937 in Manorville, Pa, the daughter of the late Homer and Emma (Lytle) Hufhand. Elva and her husband, Ralph, lived in Seneca, New York for many years where she worked as a waitress. Upon retirement, they relocated back to the area. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister, Yvonne Hetrick, of Ford Cliff and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Elva was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Schiano; sisters, Barbara Dunn and Janet Mallon; and brothers, William Hufhand and John Hufhand. Per Elva’s wishes, arrangements were private. Elva did it her way!
