Eric Steven Lamison

     Eric Steven Lamison, 44, of Slippery Rock, PA, died at his home, peacefully in his sleep, on December 11, 2020.  He was born September 1, 1976 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning to Richard and Ora (McLaughlin) Lamison and lived in Armstrong County for 39 years and Butler County for 5 years.  He was a carpenter at FireDex of Pittsburgh.  He was of the Christian faith.  Eric enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing guitar and keyboard, Doing, listening to music, fishing, volunteering with Dale Ortman and Ortman Fishing Project, and visiting new places.  Eric was a devoted family man that loved his four children and three grandchildren and was looking forward to being step-father to fiancee Rose Charmley's two sons.  As a devoted son, brother, and uncle, Eric loved cooking breakfast and enjoying family time together with his loved ones.  

     Survivors include his mother, Ora (McLaughlin) Lamison, of Kittanning; wife, Katelyn (Seheidemantle) Lamison, of Evans City; daughters, Miranda (Lamison) Slater, of North Carolina and Alayna (Lamison) Good, of Kittanning; sons, Richard "Ricky" Lamison and Anthony "Tony" Lamison, both of Evans City; sisters, Kelly (Scott) McCollough, of Kittanning, Angela Lamison, of Kittanning, and Tiffany (Sam) Taladay, of Dayton, Pa; 1 grandson and 2 granddaughters; 3 nephews and a niece.  He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Lamison.

     Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic arrangements are private.  The family is planning to hold a Celebration of Life for Eric in the future.
