Florence (Gutherie) Davis

Florence (Gutherie) Davis, 88, of Cowansville, passed away Sunday February 4, 2024 at ACMH Hospital. She was born August 17, 1935 to the late Lillian (Snyder) and Hugh Gutherie.

She was a lifelong resident of the area and a homemaker. Florence was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Cowansville.

She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, country music, and playing piano.

She is survived by her daughter Brenda Davis of East Brady; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents; husband Floyd W. Davis; son Larry W. Davis.

Friends will be received from 10:00 A.M. until the time of a funeral service at noon on Wednesday February 7, 2024 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville.  

Interment is in the Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
