Harry Clark Elkin, Jr., 74, of Kittanning died on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at ACMH Hospital. He was born April 24, 1951 in Kittanning to the late Harry Clark, Sr. and Bessie Marie (Anderson) Elkin. He was retired from PA Production Gas Company. Harry was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during the war in Vietnam. He was a member of Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church and Armstrong County Mounted Posse. He loved horses, especially his horse “Billy”, and he loved his dog, “Sam”. He enjoyed hunting deer, going to the Dayton Fair to see the horses, and he loved baseball. Survivors include his wife, Kimberly G. (Mechling) Elkin, of Kittanning; son, Shaun (Janet) Elkin, of Kittanning; daughter, Jennifer Elkin, of Ford City; grandchildren: Austin McCurdy, of Blairsville, Kierra Elkin, of Indiana, Russell Elkin, of Kittanning, Kailey Neal, of NuMine, Kaitlyn Neal, of Ford City and Mackenzie Battaglia, of Kittanning; great-grandson, Shaun McCurdy, of Blairville; and brothers, Bob (Nellie) Elkin, of Kittanning and William (Brenda) Elkin, of Ford City. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 6 p.m. until time of funeral service at 8 p.m. at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, Pa. with Pastor Nick Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
